CatatPro Team: a shared ledger for small businesses

A single personal ledger works for one person's spending. It falls apart the moment a business has more than one person handling petty cash — a driver buying fuel, a shop assistant restocking supplies, an office manager paying for lunch. CatatPro Team is built for exactly that handoff.

An owner sets up a team and shares a single invite link with staff. Whoever opens it signs in with their own Google account and joins as a member — but joining alone doesn't grant access. The owner sees the new member on the Team screen and explicitly confirms them before any ledger access starts, so a forwarded or leaked link can't quietly hand out real access.

Once confirmed, a member captures receipts the same way as a personal account — photograph it, AI reads it, save — except every entry lands in the team's shared ledger instead of a personal one. The owner gets a live dashboard that updates the moment a member logs a transaction, can review and reject any entry with a reason, and can top up a member's float directly.

Nothing about the underlying capture experience changes for staff — they're using the same camera-first flow as everyone else. What changes is who's watching the total, and that oversight doesn't require trusting anyone with the owner's own account.
